Pickled Pepper Dressing

Pickled pepper dressing: easy as 1 ... 2 ... 3!

Ingredients

1 12-ounce Jar Sessions Pickled Sweet Peppers (all contents, including liquid)
6 ounces EVOO
salt and pepper

Directions

Blend the peppers in a Vitamix.

Slowly emulsify the oil into it to create a dressing.

Season and reserve.
